Delete your data

You can delete the data Bible Immerse holds about you at any time.

In the app

Open Account and choose Delete account. That removes your sign-in and the data stored with it right away.

By email

Email support@civitassignals.com. Tell us what you'd like deleted and we'll confirm by reply.

What gets deleted

Your reflections, feedback, plans, favorites, prayer journal entries and the anonymous or account identifier tied to them. We may keep limited records where the law requires, such as proof that a purchase occurred (these are held by Google Play or Apple, not by us).

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription. On Android, cancel in the Play Store under Payments and subscriptions. On iOS, cancel in Settings, your name, then Subscriptions. Google and Apple keep the payment record.
